Very professional group of people to do business with. No high pressure sales tactics, diagnosed our problem with our old units and told us all of our options from repairing an old failed system to low cost replacements. We had done a little reading on the more efficient units and Mr Derrick Blackwell was very well versed on the product line, gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and had the equipment delivered well ahead of when we expected it. The installation was very quick and Mr Blackwell was on site to ensure everything went just right and answered all of my wife’s questions as I was away at work. Thank y’all so much for everything and we will definitely refer all our friends to Blackwell’s.
